Legal
Terms of Service
Last updated October 24, 2026
These terms govern your use of elevatedadvisoryhq.com, the Elevated Advisory Group client portal, the DIY Credit Builder and the Business Credit & Funding Accelerator. By creating an account or signing a service agreement you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Elevated Advisory Group is a credit services organization located at 11 W Passaic St, Suite 8, Rochelle Park, NJ 07662. We are not a law firm, a lender or a credit bureau, and nothing on this site is legal, tax or investment advice.
2. Services and written contract
Done-For-You credit services are provided only under a signed written contract that complies with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (15 U.S.C. § 1679d). The contract describes the services, the total cost, the estimated time to perform them and your right to cancel.
DIY tools, letter templates, score simulators and business-credit resources are educational. You choose what to send and to whom.
3. Fees — no advance payment
We never charge or collect any fee for credit repair services before those services are fully performed (15 U.S.C. § 1679b(b)). Monthly agency fees are billed only after that month's work is completed and documented in your portal. DIY subscriptions are software subscriptions and can be cancelled at any time from Settings.
4. Your right to cancel
You may cancel any credit repair contract without penalty or obligation before midnight of the 3rd business day after you sign it. See the CROA Disclosure for the full Notice of Cancellation. After that period you may still end services at any time; you only pay for work already completed.
5. No guarantees
We cannot remove accurate, current and verifiable information, and we do not promise any particular score, deletion, approval, rate or funding amount. Simulators and projections are estimates based on general scoring and underwriting patterns. Lenders and bureaus make their own decisions.
6. Your responsibilities
- Provide truthful, complete information. We will never help you create a new identity, use a CPN or misrepresent facts to a bureau, creditor or lender.
- Keep your portal credentials private and enable two-factor authentication.
- Forward bureau and creditor responses to us promptly so deadlines are tracked accurately.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the CROA, the FCRA or New Jersey consumer protection law.
8. Changes and governing law
We will post updates on this page and notify active clients by email. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey and applicable federal law.
